That depends of the location and the size of the property. All properties are unique and we will gladly put an estimate together for you.

Two weeks as long as there are no outstanding legal issues.

An elevation certificate verifies the elevation of your house and can certify that your house is out of a flood zone which will save you money on your homeowners insurance.
